Development Finance £2.2m to fund the conversion of this former Care Home in Norfolk into 14 residential flats. This was the first development project and as such required a carefully considered proposal to our panel of suitable Lenders. The flats were completed on time and within budget with sales now well underway. PCF have followed this up with a second Development Loan facility to convert another former Care Home into 13 flats near Cambridge. That one was funded at 70% of GDV and works on site are now progressing well
