Buy To Let Mortgage £850k for a Portfolio Landlord to refinance two residential investment flats in personal names on maturity of the previous fixed rate. The object of the exercise was to keep monthly payments as low as possible from day 1 which is why we selected a 2 year fixed rate given the client’s perception that interest rates will continue to come down.
