Commercial Investment Loan £2.5m

PCF were delighted to arrange two commercial investment loans totalling £2.5m for a long established portfolio landlord.  The loan was priced very competitively at 2% over Base with no Early Repayment Charges and also no requirement for a Directors Guarantee. Funding was provided by a High Street Bank and they made the following comment about the way the deal was presented by PCF:
