Project Description

Here we needed to move quickly to refinance a Bridging Loan which had been used for the site purchase (without planning) and then fully fund the new build for 2 houses, all of the S106 fee and full interest roll up over a 15 month term. PCF negotiated a rate of 5.50% over Base. The development loan was released in stage drawdowns and works are now well underway.
