We were introduced to this award winning Professional Landlord in 2015, At the time they were on site converting offices into 92 studio flats under permitted development rights.

Our role was to find a lender willing to term out the development finance to then hold the asset in their expanding portfolio.

This loan was sourced at a time when multiple Banks were unable to assist due to concentration levels in one location. This will be the first of a series of refinance transactions for this highly successful and ambitious client.
