Project Description

One of the high street Banks introduced us to this experienced developer. They were keen to help but couldn’t stretch to the levels needed.

We quickly arranged a senior debt facility of £2.180m capped at 75% GDV. The funding was topped up with a Mezzanine Loan of £500k taking the combined facility up to 90% of project costs.

Construction is underway of this magnificent family home.
